One of the most relaxing ways to enjoy a spa like experience is to indulge in a nice bath.

It can do wonders for the soul.

No matter what your desired outcome–relaxation, revitalization, soothing sore muscles, relieving stress, replenishing skin, or detoxification—there is an Essential Oil to help.

  • Relaxing/Relieving Stress Essential Oils: Lavender, Ylang Ylang, Roman Chamomile, Geranium, Frankincense, Sandalwood, Melissa, Restful Blend, Cedarwood.

  • Revitalizing Essential Oils: Respiratory Blend, Detoxification Blend, Basil, Lime, Juniper Berry.

  • Soothing Sore Muscles: Lavender, Massage Blend, Frankincense, Roman Chamomile.

  • Replenishing for the Skin Essential Oils: Sandalwood, Geranium, Frankincense, Lavender, Cedarwood, Jasmine, Melaleuca.

If you are adding oils straight to your bath, fill the tub completely, add oil, stir water.

DIY BATH SALTS RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 Cups Epsom Salt

  • 6–8 Drops Essential Oils

  • To make this a detox bath add 1 Cup of Baking Soda

DIRECTIONS:

Combine ingredients, add to full bath, stir. Be sure to sit for 20 minutes to optimize benefits, and drink plenty of water.
